Right Soup readers are some of the most active citizens around, and are very faithful when it comes to “You Know The Drill”… our call-to-arms for citizens to take action with their Reps in Washington. Here’s another great way to voice your opinion- many House Reps and Senators now have their own Youtube channels. Most of the channels have the Congressman’s website as well! Now you can easily:

1-Send the Congressman an email.
2-Post your views on their personal page.
3-Or, my favorite… post them right in their Youtube commentary.
(This is the most damaging tactic. They don’t like being exposed in public, folks. Trust.)

This morning I’ve compiled a list of Senators on Youtube, as debate on Cap and Trade has begun (click here to watch on CSPAN-2), with universal health-care nipping at it’s heels. Just click your Senator’s link below to go to his or her channel.

I know many of you use the “email this post” option at the top of a story to spread the word, and use the Facebook and other social networking buttons to easily share important news (you need to click on the individual story title to use these options.) This post is a great resource to send to everyone. We’ll be putting links in the right-hand margin of the site to it and to a similar one for House Reps who have Youtube channels. Give ‘em hell.
