Will Somebody Tell Barbara Boxer How Congress Works?

Executive Orders, no matter if they are unconstitutional, are the way the Democrats would like to rule. Pish-posh on all of that “representative government” rubbish…let’s just let Barry govern by decree. Starting, of course, with running the banks into oblivion by forcing them to repeat the insanity that got us here in the first place.

Barbara Boxer suggested to Obama today that he use TARP money for his bank proposal – either money the big banks that got bailed out have paid back or unused TARP funds. (Note that it isn’t OUR money any more…). Ramming his plan through via Executive Order, she believes, would be more immediate than waiting for legislation to pass (if it could.) Indeed.

Shame on you, California, for inflicting this moron on us.
