It only took a little over ten years to come back and bite him, but here’s what Tom Daschle thinks of tax-evading cheaters like himself:
“Make no mistake, tax cheaters cheat us all, and the IRS should enforce our laws to the letter. ” Sen. Tom Daschle, Congressional Record, May 7, 1998, p. S4507.
Yes. Yes, the IRS should do that. Ed Morrissey proposes tax-cheat Timothy Geithner should take point on that enforcement.
