The Apollo Alliance: Hijacking Our Country
The Apollo Alliance is a very powerful coalition of unions like the SEIU, along with “Social Justice” groups like ACORN and it’s myriad of underlings…(the largest radical group in America, with more than 400,000 dues-paying member families , and more than 1,200 chapters in 110 U.S. cities.)
The Alliance is united by their collective belief that America is a chief source of worldwide “environmental disruption, rising social inequity, and … fundamentalist anger.” Apollo Alliance’s endorsing organizations and partners include Greenpeace, the League of Conservation Voters, the Natural Resources Defense Council, the National Wildlife Federation, the Rainforest Action Network, the Sierra Club, the Union of Concerned Scientists, and, of course, ACORN. Apollo Alliance’s National Steering Committee and National Advisory Board members include, among others, Robert Borosage, Carl Pope of the Sierra Club, Julian Bond of the NAACP, Gerry Hudson of the Service Employees International Union, and U.S. Representative Jesse Jackson Jr. Apollo Alliance has also received strong support from the socialist Senator from Vermont, Bernie Sanders, and from Hillary Rodham Clinton.
The Alliance has boasted of writing both the stimulus bill AND Cap and Trade. And it is driving the Obama Reich’s agenda with unbelievable force.
The Apollo Alliance is a creation of the lefty “Tides Foundation”, is railroading the “green agenda”, and releases no financial data. It’s exerting HUGE influence on the bills and policies coming from Washington that are destroying America. At the helm is Van Jones, a proud Communist who is Obama’s “Green Czar” and heads the “Green Initiative.” Apollo Alliance Board Chair Phil Angelides, former Treasurer of the State of California (!) was appointed by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to serve as the Chair of the newly created Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission. Center for American Progress president John Podesta is also a major participant in the Alliance.

Note these names in particular: George Soros–Multi-billionaire funder of leftwing causes and groups, Tides Foundation’s Wade Rathke (ACORN founder), and Anna Burger–Secretary Treasurer of SEIU, with massive influence over Obama.
Phil Kerpen, director of policy for Americans for Prosperity gives the down-low on the Alliance:
The Apollo Alliance “is designed to bring together the elements of organized labor with the community organizers with the green groups, the environmental groups, and to access all of the big foundation money that’s been supportive of those causes in the past.
Self-professed militant communist Van Jones described Apollo’s mission as “sort of a grand unified field theory for progressive left causes; it ties all these things together,” according to Kerpen.
The Apollo Alliance was co-founded by Campaign for America’s Future, the George Soros-funded organization that supports an ever-expanding welfare state via redistribution of wealth.
Kerpen says that Wade Rathke, (the founder of ACORN who covered up his brother’s embezzlement of nearly $1 million in ACORN funds), had been a member of the Apollo Alliance’s board. “Yes. He’s on — he was until this year on the board of the Tides Foundation and the Tides Center, which are the parent organizations that host the Apollo Alliance.”
Obama’s media support led by “They Work For Us”: these are the organizations who direct and control the Obamabots. They spam forums, write propaganda, and shill for Barry. YOU are really the ones they want “working for us.” They are the enemy.
So the Apollo Alliance has boasted that they wrote the Stimulus Bill AND the Cap and Trade Bill. Did they write the Healthcare Bill too?
Here are a couple to ask your Reps during their town-hall meetings:
“Did Waxman/Hartley actually write the Cap and Trade bill; or did the Blue-Green Alliance Or the Alliance for Climate Protection?”
“Can you honestly answer exactly WHO wrote the House Health care Bill; all 1,000+pages of it…within 6 months of Obama taking office? Who specifically are the “community organizations” mentioned on pages 469-472?”
WHO WROTE THE HEALTHCARE BILL? WHAT ARE THEIR NAMES?

Our country was hijacked this past November 4th. It wasn’t an election, it was a well orchestrated coup. It just gets more Orwellian by the day.

The charts show the Alliance for Climate Protection’s board is made up of many famous conservative Republicans. Brent Scrowcroft was President Ronald Reagan’s National Security Advisor–hardly a commie. Lee Thomas was Reagan’s EPA administrator and currently heads of a major forest company, another Commie no doubt. Sherwood Boehlert was chosen by the Republican House members to be chairman of the House Science Committee for a number of years until he retired a couple of years ago–another commie???. Theodore Roosevelt IV was a delegate to the Republican convention in 2008 and like his ancestor namesake is a great Republican hunter-conservationist.
So much for your communist conspiricy theories!

Ever heard of “fellow travelers”? Dupes? RINOs? Progressives are a slimy lot. To associate is to besmirch one’s reputation. Some of these political hacks have little rep to besmirch in the first place, like a weevel looking for a cotton patch home. Any port in a storm.

The problem with remaining an unreconstructed neo-conservative in this day and age is that the political world is moving on without you.
Of course, 8 years of autocratic, though largely rudderless, institutional Republican White House and Congressional leadership, didn’t help, given how thoroughly its remarkable inventory of failures have discredited neo-conservative thinking. Interestingly, authentic conservative thought remains relevant and more essential to the survival of our country (example: the Federalist Papers) than ever.
Must be infuriating.
