I did address canvasing for 3 months in NW Wash. The gps mappoint at the doorstep is simple The doorstep is the standard for all canvassers. The reason is for utmost accuracy and so that in spring 2010 if you do not send in the census mailer a census taker can go to the actual address and conduct an interview. Everyone is to be counted, per the constitution. Pull your head out of your paranoid ass and face reality.
