NOT OUT OF MY POCKET, IF YOU WERE DISCHARGED FROM THE MILITARY WITH SEVERANCE PAY, YOU HAD TO PAY THAT MONEY BACK TO THE GOVERNMENT OUT OF WHAT EVER DISABILITY PERCENTAGE YOU RECIEVED I RECIEVED 23,500 AND PAYING $123.00 A MONTH SINCE 1991.
