Lindsay Graham Grills Eric Holder About Terror Trials

One of the most disturbing things about watching Attorney General Eric Holder’s testimony before the Senate today, was his absolute insistence that “failure to convict is not an option.” Huh? Are these terror trials Holder is moving to New York federal criminal court real trials or not? Lindsay Graham was not amused with Holder either.
