You seem to be fairly deliberately choosing only the parts that support your view. The full quote is "Both rightwing extremists and law-abiding citizens share a belief that rising crime rates attributed to a slumping economy make the purchase of legitimate firearms a wise move at this time". Seems pretty even-handed to me. You know if blogs like yours did a better job of arguing their views without relying on deception and distortion it would go a long way towards legitimizing those views outside your own insulated corner of the political spectrum.
