House Approves Spending Bill; All Republicans Vote No
Email This Post
The Pelosi-Reid-Obama $819 BILLION Spending Plan has passed the House and not a single Republican voted for it. That’s our silver lining here.
The measure passed 244 to 188, with 11 Democrats and 177 Republicans voting against it.
When this failed plan does exactly that the mess will be fully on the Democrats and the country will have no one else to blame. Own it, Dems.
Thank you to House Republican Leader John Boehner and Republican Whip Eric Cantor!

Way To Hang Tight, GOP…Special Interests Have A Field Day With Bailout Bill | Right Soup
January 28th, 2009 at 9:44 pm[...] Not a single Republican voted for the stimulus bill that passed in the House of Representatives toda…The GOP Reps were joined by 11 Democrats, whom I would personally like to thank. The bill passed, and no matter what they say, the Dems don’t give a rats ass what conservatives want. Today it was fiscal conservatism’s at-bat, and it was shut down. Over significant protest, but shut down, nonetheless. [...]

We want that the rest of the Democrats to fall in line with “the wants of the American people”! Post the names of all the Democrats who wish to sell out the taxpayers for special interest, and / or add pure garbage mixed in a “stimulus” bill…Let the people decide their fate…as they selfishly decide ours! No more wasting taxpayer money…give it back to the taxpayers that deserve it, and let them spend it the way they see fit.
