Education has become another "Big Business Enterprise." What happens when you finish that magical 4-year BA/BS degree? Still no opportunities same poor job market, solution you ask, Get more education! After you finish a Master's degree with more debt, you're told you need a certification another Master's degree or now a PhD. After more debt and time you find out you're over-qualified or too old for most typical US-based employment positions. education is never-ending and the ROI of an advanced education isn't worth it. We watch our job base be outsourced or taken by cheaper H1-B visa holders. The only job positions created in the last 20-years were service based such as: Lawyers, Wall-Street fraudsters, investment crooks, real-estate, and health care fraud. Now that most of these bubbles have been broken, what degree, education should a person pick? A "Green Job"? What is a Green Job? Where are they? What degree program is needed or certification required? If we are talking about Solar Panel Green jobs, the real-situation is this: 1. Controller Software- Made in india 2. Components- Made in China 3. Installation- mostly via undocumented workers. What jobs and what education is obama talking about? We cannot all go to Law School and become politicians like him.
