Make no mistake, the next four years will be lead by a group of politicians who think you’re greedy for wanting to hold on to more of what you’ve worked hard to gain. Out with the old [tax cuts], in with the new [tax raises]:
Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA) once said, “[W]e’ve been guided by a Republican administration who believes in the simplistic notion that people who have wealth are entitled to keep it and they have an antipathy towards the means of redistributing wealth.”
Oh, the audacity, Comrade Moran! Meanwhile, Thomas Jefferson once said:
“A wise and frugal government, which shall leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned – this is the sum of good government. “
