Caroline Kennedy Knows ‘You Know’, You Know?

I’ve struggled for days on how best to tackle the issue of Caroline Kennedy heading towards the vacancy of Clinton’s old NY Senate seat. The media’s kid-gloves treatment of Kennedy’s ZERO political experience compared to the way Sarah Palin was bashed despite her repeated appointments to office via political elections. Years of experience doesn’t suffice, but “wanting it” does. Boils my blood.

Anyway, here’s a very entertaining video of the audio from Caroline Kennedy giving her interview where she can’t stop, you know, saying “you know.” I think my favorite part is that she believes she’s qualified for the U.S. Senate because she has written books.

In a separate interview with Politico’s Ben Smith, Caroline Kennedy utters the phrase “you know” 76 times. 76. Full transcript here. At least she’ll be, like, totally, like, hip with the Valley Teen voters of NY. You know.
